A virgin, a cherry. A vulgar anatomical noun derived from the adjective целый (whole/intact) for a virgin (specifically female, referring to the hymen) or the hymen itself (она всё ещё целка — “she’s still a virgin”; сорвать целку — “to pop someone’s cherry”).
