Hundred quid (monetary unit). Historically the term refers to stewards of the Russian court (ranking below boyars) but the sound сто (hundred) is probably the reason for the shift in meaning. The word is sometimes shortened to стоха.
А что за проблема декларацию заполнить? Все украинцы, чтобы в РФ попасть, без вариантов не только заполняют эти декларации, но и выстаивают очередь в лучшем случае по 20-30 минут, в плохом пару часов (у меня было и 5 часов), чтобы эту декларацию отдать. И ни стольником ни двадцатью стольниками не отделаешься при всём желании. А россияне сильно разбаловались.
What’s the big deal about filling out a declaration? All Ukrainians who want to enter Russia have no choice but to not only fill out these declarations but also queue—best case 20-30 minutes, worst case a couple of hours (I’ve even had 5 hours)—to submit this declaration. And no matter how much you want to, you can’t get away with 100 or 200 roubles. Russians have become way too spoiled.
