Scumbag, jerk, dickhead, sleezebag. Derived from the noun манда (a coarse, ancient Slavic mat term for female genitalia), combined with the suffix -юк to form a pejorative masculine noun. In everyday slang, it is an offensive, highly derogatory insult used to describe a contemptible, annoying, or untrustworthy man who acts maliciously, selfishly, or simply foolishly (какой-то мандюк занял моё парковочное место — “some jerk took my parking spot”).
