Ragtag crew, bunch of jokers, motley crew of fuckups. Derived from шобла (criminal or youth slang for a gang, crowd, or pack of undesirable people, likely from Yiddish roots) combined with a rhyming, vulgar reduplication based on the root ёб- (to fuck). Highly expressive, collective compound noun used to describe a chaotic, disorganised, or shady group of people, usually working together or hanging out (вся эта шобла-ёбла опять собралась у меня на кухне — “this entire ragtag crew of fuckups is gathered in my kitchen again”).
Если через установленный срок Грабовой не будет воскрешен — вся его шобла-ёбла распускается, а против Грабового посмертно заводится уголовное дело о мошенничестве.
