Titty, boob. A crude, colloquial noun used to refer to a woman’s breast. It is derived from the older, dialectal word цица (meaning “nipple” or “breast”). While highly informal, suggestive, and objectifying, it is not an inherently aggressive insult, nor does it belong to the taboo category of mat. It is the direct linguistic equivalent of the English “titty” — improper for polite company, but common in raw, everyday street talk.
Еду вчера в эл-ке, поспал, напротив сидит девушка с глубоким декольте, в нем клевые цицки.
Riding on the train yesterday, having a nap, there’s a girl sitting opposite with a deep cleavage and cool tits in it.
