Little dick, small prick, tiny knob. A diminutive form of хуй with the suffix -ёк. Used literally to denote a small penis, or metaphorically to dismiss someone as insignificant, weak, or annoying (ты кто такой вообще, хуёк? — “who the hell are you anyway, you little prick?”). It can also playfully or dismissively refer to any small, useless object.
