To wipe out, to collapse, to crash down, to fall heavily. A highly expressive perfective verb from the root хуй + suffix -якнуться. It denotes a sudden, violent fall of a person or a massive object, or the sudden breakdown of a system (он хуякнулся со стремянки — “he wiped out big time off the stepladder”; сайт хуякнулся — “the website completely crashed”).
