To figure things out, to weigh one’s options, to do the maths; (slang) to guesstimate, to chew on a problem. A crudely vivid, highly popular idiom literally translating to “to bring a dick to one’s nose”, it visually depicts the act of deep, intense, or street-smart contemplation. It means to size up a situation, roughly calculate costs/risks, or ponder a solution before making a move (надо сесть, хуй к носу прикинуть, сколько уйдёт на ремонт — “we need to sit down and figure out roughly how much the repairs will cost”).
Ты наверное её увидел на пд и такой подумал, опа надо на дотабай выложить, а потом, хуй к носу прикинул, подумал мол обосрут, скажут, что с пд спиздил и не стал выкладывать да?
You probably saw it on PD and thought, “Oh, I should post this on dota.by.” But then you gave it a second thought, figured people would trash you and say you stole it from PD, so you didn’t post it, right?
