Crappily, terribly, miserably; bad, awful. Derived from the vulgar root хер (a common euphemistic substitute for the mat root хуй). In everyday slang, it functions as a highly expressive adverb or predicate to describe a terrible state of affairs, feeling physically ill, or something being done poorly (мне сегодня как-то херово — “I feel pretty crappy today”, or всё сделано херово — “everything is done terribly”).

Т.е. вы хотите сказать, что плотину построили так херово, что она вся развалится, по всей своей высоте?
