Grub, food. Any kind of food, groceries, or provisions, especially when bought for a gathering, a trip, or survival (надо зайти в магазин, купить какой-нибудь хавки — “need to hit the shop and buy some grub”).
Можно просто в коридоре схватить за жопу, но при этом: «Вы хотите сверху?». Или можно просто погреть хавки, но при этом «Вы будете ужинать?»
You can just go down the corridor and grab the arse, but along with: “Willst thou be on top?”. Or you simply heat up the grub, but whilst asking: “Shall thou be having dinner?”
