To lie, to bullshit. Frequently used metaphorically to accuse someone of lying, bluffing, making empty promises, or feeding people total bullshit during a conversation (ты зачем нам тут фуфло толкаешь? — “why are you standing here shoving a load of bollocks down our throats?”).
