Wimp, weakling, sissy. Used to insult someone, typically a man, who is overly submissive, weak-willed, or easily manipulated (хватит быть тряпкой, скажи ему нет! — “stop being a pushover, tell him no!”).
Ты не один такой, время дурное какое-то, девчонки вы*бываться стали просто адски, при чем независимо от статуса и внешности. Всё им всегда не так. Подошел — маньяк, не подошел — лох и тряпка. Такая их логика.
