Tit, titty. A highly affectionate, diminutive form of the colloquial noun титька (boob, tit). This noun uses the productive hypocoristic suffix structure -ечк-а to soften the coarse nature of the original word. It is used casually, often playfully or intimately, to refer to a woman’s breast, or more broadly to denote something soft, small, and comforting.
В итоге я, схватившись за её правую грудь (упругая такая не маленькая титечка), сказочно отсрелялся (как из брызгалки, мухаха!).
In the end, I grabbed her right breast (firm and not exactly small) and came fabulously (like from a squirt bottle, muahaha!).
