Crappy, shitty, goddamn, bloody, lousy. Derived from the verb срать (to shit), which traces back to the Proto-Slavic *sьrati. Extremely common, pejorative adjective used to vent frustration, anger, or deep contempt toward an object, place, situation, or person (я ненавижу эту сраную погоду — “I hate this crappy weather”, or убери свои сраные игрушки — “put your goddamn toys away”).
