To pinch, to nick, to swipe; to rip off. Derived from пизда via the prefix с-. In everyday slang, it is one of the most common and expressive ways to describe stealing or swiping something quickly and undetected (кто-то спиздил мой телефон — “someone nicked my phone”). It carries a heavy punch of raw, street-level informality.
Восемьдесят семь тысяч триста пятьдесят пять рублей. Именно столько денег спиздил у меня Аэрофлот 19 августа.
Eighty seven thousand and three hundred fifty five roubles. That’s how much money Aeroflot nicked from me on August 19.
