Huge tits, massive knockers, massive jugs. An expressive plural noun derived from сиськи (tits/boobs), magnified by the augmenting suffix -яри. It is used in casual street slang to comment on exceptionally large female breasts, often with a mix of awe, vulgarity, or crude humor (ты видел, какие у неё сисяри? — “did you see those massive knockers on her?”).
