Slacker, blunderer, screw-up, irresponsible person. Thoroughly disorganised, careless, or unreliable person who constantly messes up tasks, neglects responsibilities, or lives in a chaotic manner (наш новый сотрудник — полный раздолбай — “our new employee is a total slacker”). While it carries a sharp pejorative sting, it is frequently used with a touch of lighthearted or exasperated irony among friends.
