Describes something that has been irretrievably lost due to stupidity, negligence, or bad luck—ranging from physical objects and money to abstract opportunities and time (где мой проёбаный телефон? — “where is my fucking lost phone?”; все полимеры проёбаны — “everything is completely fucked up and wasted”).
