To go somewhere, to have a cumbersome journey. When used with a destination, it means travelling somewhere far, inappropriate, or annoying with great effort (и зачем мы пёрлись туда в такую рань? — “and why did we drag ourselves there so early in the morning?”).
Вот честно — сижу вчера вечером и думаю — к кому б поебаться съездить? Да так лень, шо пиздец куда-то переться… вот если б кто в офис приехал, подрочил и отминетил — тогда ладно…
