To fuck, to bone, to shag. A highly explicit, vulgar verb belonging to the category of Russian mat, derived from the slang verb трахать (“to bang/fuck”) with the perfective prefix от-. It denotes the completion of the sexual act, usually implying a rough, aggressive, or thoroughly intense session. Metaphorically, much like its English counterparts, it can mean to utterly exhaust someone, to soundly defeat an opponent in a game or fight, or to severely reprimand someone.
