Very well, brilliantly — (see охуительно). The figure hundred (сто) is added to emphasise the positive aspect. Ex: Как вчера нажрались? — Остохуительно. “How did you piss up yesterday? — Splendidly”.

— Yesterday I got totally wasted with Ret and another dude
— Today I woke up early (head doesn’t hurt, I’m in a good mood, terrible, why even drink?!)
