Douchbag, dipshit, jerkoff, scumbag. Used to describe a foolish, untrustworthy, or annoying person who acts like an idiot or treats others poorly (какой-то обмудок поцарапал мою машину и уехал — “some douchebag scratched my car and drove off”).
Все, кто ниже одного метра шестидесяти сантиметров — полные обмудки и жалкие закомплексованные уроды.
