Douchbag, dipshit, jerkoff, scumbag. Derived from the noun мудо (an archaic Slavic term for testicle). The prefix об- adds a sense of wrapping around or completeness, turning the word into a description of someone thoroughly pathetic, stupid, or contemptible. In everyday slang, it is a highly offensive, derogatory insult used to describe a foolish, untrustworthy, or annoying person who acts like an idiot or treats others poorly (какой-то обмудок поцарапал мою машину и уехал — “some douchebag scratched my car and drove off”).
Все, кто ниже одного метра шестидесяти сантиметров — полные обмудки и жалкие закомплексованные уроды.
