There’s no one around, nothing happens (“neither decent people, nor whore”). Used as a humorous, rhythmic, and highly cynical rhyme to emphasise absolute emptiness, a total lack of any human presence, or a completely deserted place.
да нехилый здесь наплыв, если такие халупы уже заранее резервируют… но делать нефиг приходится заселятся, ибо вариантов нао агора (сейчас нет)… смеркается, до океана рукой подать… а вокруг ни людей ни блядей… здесь все семейные, 100% бразильцы, пляж вымерший, ночной жизнью даже и непахнет.
Well, there seem to be loads of tourists here if even these shacks are booked in advance… but there’s nothing to be done, I have to check in as there are não agora (not now) variants… It’s getting dark, the ocean is right there… and no one around… this is a family place, 100% Brazilians, the beach died out and it doesn’t smell like night life.
