To deceive, to cheat, to rip off, to scam, to lie. Derived from ебать (to fuck), combined with the directional/intensive prefix на-. In everyday street slang, it is an incredibly common, highly profane verb meaning to intentionally mislead, defraud, or lie to someone, usually for personal gain or out of malice (ты зачем меня наёбываешь? — “why the fuck are you lying to me / ripping me off?”; его жестко наебали на деньги — “he got heavily scammed out of his money”). It functions as a harsher, vulgar equivalent of обманывать.
