To do something badly, half-heartedly. Used to describe a situation where someone tried to fix or build something but ended up making it exponentially worse through incompetence (посмотри, что этот стажёр в коде нахуевертил — “look at the absolute clusterfuck this intern made in the code”).
Из детей продолжают делать агитки. Уральская школа, где, что-то мне подсказывает, всё никак не найдут времени построить тёплый туалет, не поскупилась и нахуевертила ленточек.
Children are still being turned into propaganda. The Ural school, where something tells me they still haven’t found the time to build a warm toilet, didn’t skimp and whipped up a bunch of ribbons.
