Bullshit, whining, tediousness. Derived from the vulgar root мудо or муде (testicles), which stems from Proto-Indo-European. In strong slang, it describes a highly annoying, tedious, or chaotic situation, as well as boring, deceptive talk, pointless bureaucracy, or irritating behaviour.
