Vulgar, expressive noun used to describe a person who constantly annoys, confuses, overcomplicates things, nags, or mentally exhausts others with useless talk, psychological games, or shifting demands (наш новый начальник — редкостный мозгоебатель — “our new boss is a total mind-fucker”).
А мне все похуй, на учителей, на преподователей, и всех прочих мозгоебателей.
