Cool, nice, dope, stellar. Derived from the adjective крутой (literally steep or tightly twisted, which historically shifted in slang to mean tough, intense, and eventually excellent). Used to express admiration, agreement, or approval of a person, object, or situation (это был крутой концерт — “that was a cool concert”, or simply круто! — “brilliant!”).
