To beat the crap out of, to batter, to whale on. Derived from пизда via the intensive prefix из- (here appearing in its phonetic variant ис- due to the voiceless consonant п). In everyday slang, it is a highly aggressive, violent verb that means to inflict a severe physical beating on someone, leaving them bruised or battered (его испиздили до полусмерти — “they beat the crap out of him within an inch of his life”).
