Contortion, convolution, over-engineering, perversion. Used to describe an unnecessarily complicated, bizarre, twisted, or unnaturally over-engineered solution, action, or object (весь этот интерфейс — какой-то сплошной изъёб — “this entire interface is just a massive convolution”). It can also refer to a strange caprice, a bizarre whim, or a perverted tweak to something that was originally simple.
