Fat arse, big bum. Used casually to describe someone’s anatomy, often with a touch of humour or awe (она себе такую жопень отрастила — “she’s grown herself such a massive arse”).
А жопень там такой смачный, что подскочил мой «друг» по дороге в ванную от одного его вида сквозь прозрачную накидку.
And her bum was so enticing that my “best friend” got up just on the way to the bathroom just from the view through the transparent cape.
