Crazy, insane, out of one’s mind; batshit, unhinged, fucking mental. The adjectival form of the verb ебануть. It describes someone or something that has completely lost its sanity, acts unpredictably, or defies all logic. It can be used as a hostile insult for a person (ты что, ебанутый? — “are you fucking insane?”), a description of an absurd, chaotic situation (какой-то ебанутый день — “some kind of a messed-up day”), or occasionally as an expression of disbelief at someone’s extreme, reckless skills.
Бля — откуда ж столько ебанутых дур! Вот скажите мне, как можно после виртуального секса на сайте, по телефону говорить, что она целоваться на первом свидании не хочет?
Fuck — where do so many crazy bitches come from! Tell me, how can someone say on the phone, after virtual sex on a website, that she doesn’t want to kiss on the first date?
