Stupidity, moronism. A state of pure idiocy or a collection of incredibly stupid actions (принимать такие законы — это чистый долбоебизм — “passing laws like that is pure fucking idiocy”).

Почему нельзя было ремонтировать в июне-июле-августе, когда народ сваливает в отпуска/дачи и спогрызам не надо в школы, долбоёбам в институты? Откуда такой долбоебизм?

Why can’t they repair the escalators in June-July-August when everyone’s is away on holiday or in the countryside and kids don’t go to school, nor dickheads to university? Where does such stupidity come from?
