To bore someone to death by talking, to speak rubbish (literally “to load”). Used when someone talks endlessly about their problems, philosophy, or tedious details, causing mental fatigue (хватит грузить меня своими проблемами — “stop dumping your problems on me”).
Однажды долго шёл за такой парочкой — девушка полчаса грузила какого-то типичного кавказца (чуть ли даже не чеченца) своими проблемами, а он с готовностью поддакивал.
I once observed a couple where the girl was venting to a man who appeared to be of Caucasian descent, possibly Chechen, for about half an hour. He listened patiently and offered sympathy.
