Fugly, messed up, crappy, half-assed, scruffy. Derived from the verb всраться (to crap oneself), which is rooted in the vulgar Slavic term срать (to shit). In modern internet and youth slang, it has evolved into a highly popular adjective used to describe something aesthetically repulsive, absurdly ugly, low-quality, or completely botched. It often carries a funny or ironic tone rather than pure aggression (посмотри на этого всратого кота на картинке — “look at this messed-up cat in the picture,” or какой-то всратый дизайн сайта — “some half-arsed website design”).
Смысл разницы поколений именно в разделении поколений, а не в том, что прошлое поколение не вдупляет всратые синекдохи и упоротые лулзы пубертатов.
