Busty, well-endowed, stacked. The feminine slang adjective derived from буфера (boobs, jugs — metaphorically “bumpers”) combined with the expressive adjective suffix -астая. In modern Russian, it is a coarse, objectifying, and informal term used to describe a woman with notably large breasts.
