блевать

блевать v ipf [blevat’]

To puke, to vomit, to chunder, to spew. Derived from the Proto-Slavic root *blevati (to spit or vomit). In everyday slang, it is the most common, raw, and expressive verb used to describe the act of vomiting, usually due to excessive drinking, illness, or intense disgust (его тошнило, и он пошёл блевать — “he felt sick and went to puke”). It is also frequently used metaphorically to describe a reaction of extreme revulsion toward something or someone (меня от этой музыки блевать тянет — “this music makes me want to puke”).

Хорошо смеется тот,
Кто после пьянки не блюет!

He laughs best who doesn’t puke after drinking!
