Cock, dick, prick, pecker. Derived from the highly vulgar slang verb барать (an obscene dialectal or low-register synonym for having sexual intercourse), which is combined with the instrument noun suffix -ник to literally denote “the tool used for coupling.” In everyday slang, it serves as a raw, coarse, and heavily vulgar noun for the male genitalia (он весь вечер со своим баральником носится — “he’s been fussing around with his dick all evening”).
