Joker, skirt chaser. The meaning is not quite clear as it is mainly a pun on the Orthodox title of a superior abbot (Архимандрит, from Greek ἀρχι, high, and μάνδρα, monastery) and the similar sounding word манда. The word is mostly found in one joke and Russian-English slang dictionaries.
